It is important however to note that there are strict time scales to lodge appeals and if outside those limits, permission to appeal ‘out of time’ will need to be sought.

1. Magistrates Court to the Crown Court– 21 days from the date of conviction or sentence
2. Crown Court to the Court of Appeal- 28 days from the date of conviction or sentence.

Licence Recall
For individuals who are released from prison on Probation Licence conditions, the stress associated with adhering to licence conditions is enormous. We are able to guide and assist those on licence conditions in ensuring adherence with the conditions to avoid breach and recall to prison. This service is undertaken mostly by those within the music industry who need to ensure compliance whilst meeting the demands of releasing music and completing projects.
